Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Pressha. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will be delivered.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times depend on your location:
- United States (Standard): 3–5 business days
- United States (Express): 2–3 business days
- International Orders: 7–10 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on qualifying US orders of $35 and up.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package until delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Pressha is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@pressha.co and we will try to update the order before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Damaged Packages
