Discounts may be applied in one of two ways:

  • Coupon Code: Enter a valid promo code at checkout to receive the specified discount. Only one coupon code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
  • Automatic Discount: Eligible promotions will be applied automatically at checkout — no code required.

Discounts are calculated based on the original price of items unless otherwise specified. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Promotional Policy

Our BOGO promotions allow customers to receive a free or discounted item when purchasing qualifying products. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout when eligibility requirements are met.

Types of BOGO Offers

We may run the following variations:

  • Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO Free): Buy one item at full price, get a second item of equal or lesser value free.
  • Buy One, Get One 50% Off (BOGO 50%): Buy one item, get a second item of equal or lesser value at 50% off.
  • Buy One, Get One [X]% Off: Buy one item and receive a second item at a specified discount.
  • Buy One, Get One for $X: Buy one item and purchase a second item at a fixed promotional price.
  • Multi-Buy Offers (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free): Purchase a set quantity and receive an additional item free or discounted.

How It Works

  • Discounts are automatically applied in the shopping cart and at checkout.
  • The promotion applies only to eligible items clearly marked on the product page.
  • The lowest-priced eligible item will receive the discount.
  • Customers must add all qualifying items to the cart for the promotion to activate.
  • If items are removed from the cart, the discount will update accordingly.

Stacking & Coupons

  • BOGO offers cannot be combined with other promo codes, discounts, or sitewide sales unless explicitly stated.
  • Only one promotion may apply per item.

Inventory & Availability

  • Offers are valid while supplies last.
  • If a promotional item goes out of stock, the BOGO offer may no longer apply.
  • We are not responsible for discounts lost due to items selling out before checkout is completed.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • BOGO items are considered part of a bundled promotion.
  • If part of the order is returned, the discount will be removed, and refunds will be adjusted accordingly. The retained item(s) will be charged at full price.
  • To receive a full refund, all items in the BOGO offer must be returned together.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and may void the promotion.

Order Adjustments

  • Promotions apply only at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Price adjustments will not be made for previous orders.

Limits

  • We may limit the number of promotional redemptions per order or per customer.
  • Bulk or reseller purchases may be excluded.

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate the intent of the promotion, including misuse, duplication, or resale activity.

Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or cancel BOGO promotions at any time without prior notice.

  • Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied to past purchases.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
  • Certain items may be excluded from promotions; exclusions will be noted where applicable.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35.

  • Free shipping is calculated based on your order total after any discounts or promotions have been applied.
  • If your discounted order total meets or exceeds $35, free standard shipping will automatically apply at checkout.
  • If your order total falls below $35 after discounts, standard shipping rates will apply.
