Refund policy

Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All items purchased from the Clearance collection
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewelry that has been worn cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Pressha is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pressha.co with photos and your order number. We will make it right.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
