Before Pressha, I spent over 20 years in retail — including years working for some of the top jewelry brands still recognized today. Behind the counter, I saw it all — customers coming back with irritated piercings, delayed healing, and reactions they couldn't explain. The culprit almost every time? Low-quality materials hiding behind pretty packaging.
