Shipping

Order Processing All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

  • United States (Standard): 3–5 business days
  • United States (Express): 2–3 business days
  • International: 7–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volumes.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout—free standard shipping on US orders of $35 or more.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pressha.co with your order number and photos.

International Orders International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes — these are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All Clearance collection items
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewelry that has been worn cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable method — Pressha is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
