Order Processing All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a tracking email once shipped.

  • United States (Express): 2–3 business days
  • Canada (Standard): 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

  • 🇺🇸 Free standard shipping on all US orders
  • 🇨🇦 Canada flat rate $15.99 CAD — free on orders $100+ CAD

Lost or Damaged Packages Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pressha.co with your order number and photos.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn and undamaged
  • Damaged or defective items? We've got you — contact us at info@pressha.co and we'll cover return shipping
  • Changed your mind? Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
